「ELECTRIC LOVE TOUR 2010」が始まるにあたり、みなさまへのご協力/お願い、およびコンサートに関する注意事項がございます。
コンサートを成功させるためにも、ぜひみなさまにご一読いただき、ご協力をお願いいたします！
【チケットについて】
■ ファンクラブ「VIP JAPAN」の会員の方は、ファンクラブの会員証及びご本人様のお名前が確認出来るもの
（免許証・パスポート・保険証・学生証等）を必ずお持ちください。
■ チケットを第三者を通じて売買、及び定価より高い金額での取引をした場合、チケットを不特定多数に譲渡、転売等、
不正な行為が発覚した場合、入場を一切お断りします。
■ オークションへの出品が確認されたチケットは無効とさせて頂きます。
■ オークションなどでの購入はトラブルの原因となりますので、購入なさらないようお願いいたします。
※上記以外でも不正な取引が発覚したチケットでのご入場はお断りいたします。
出品者も購入者も入場できませんのでご注意ください。
売買に関するトラブルの責任は一切負いかねます。
【プレゼント等について】
■ 楽屋花・スタンド花の受付・受け取りはできません。予めご了承下さい。
■ 各会場にプレゼント受付ブースを設ける予定です。メンバーへの手紙やプレゼントはこちらでお預かりいたします。
但し、飲食物やナマモノはお受け取りできません。尚、必ず誰宛なのかわかるようにメンバー名の明記をお願い致します。
【コンサート会場内において】
■ 会場内では係員の指示に従ってください。
■ 携帯電話の使用は、ロビーでお願い致します。
■ 入場後の再入場は一切出来ません。
■ 荷物などを通路に置くことは火災予防条例上一切出来ません。盗難も多発しておりますので、
予めコインロッカー等をご利用や貴重品等はお手元にて管理をお願い致します。
■ コンサート中、椅子の上に立ち上ったり、自分の席を離れ通路に出たりすることは、火災予防条例上一切出来ません。
■ 未就学児童の方の入場はお断りします。
■ 客席や指定された場所以外での飲食・喫煙は出来ません。
■ 会場内での撮影・録音機器の持ち込み及び使用は厳禁とします。
（カメラ、レコーダ、ビデオ等）お持ちの方は入場時に係員までお預けください。終演後、ご返却いたします。
■ 会場内で録音・録画することは著作権保護の為禁止されています。公演中に録音・録画をされますと、
公演の途中でも退場、場合によっては法的手段を取らさせて頂く場合がございます（チケット代等の返金は一切致しません）
また、禁止行為を行っている方を見つけた場合は、近くの係員にお知らせください。
■ 応援グッズ等は胸の高さまででお願い致します。
但し、ステージ進行を妨げるもの、他のお客様のご迷惑となるものと判断した場合、お預かりし終演後ご返却いたします。
【コンサート会場外において】
■ コンサート会場の周辺施設等での座り込み、歩道・車道等に立止まる行為等は絶対に禁止です。
通勤・通学・買い物等で一般に利用されている住民の方々への迷惑行為を発見した場合、
入場をお断りいたします。
（今後、各会場でBIG BANGのコンサートが出来なくなる可能性があります）
■ 会場敷地外で販売している商品はアーティストの権利を著しく侵害している違法商品です。
それらを購入なさらないようご協力ください。
■ 移動中の駅・空港・宿泊先ホテル等まで追いかけてくる行為は、他に利用されているお客様に
非常に迷惑が掛かり、BIGBANGのイメージダウンになるばかりではなく、
事故などが起こる可能性があります。メンバーのプライパシーを守るためにも絶対にお止めください。
※ 上記の事が守られず、他のお客様に迷惑を掛ける行為・器物破損・ステージ進行に支障をきたした場合、
コンサートを一時中断・中止し退場させて頂きます。その際、出演者・主催・ホール側は一切の責任を負いません。
中止になった際も、一切の払い戻しは致しません。
ルールを守らない人がいると知って、一番悲しむのはBIGBANGのメンバーです。
メンバーとファンにとって最高のコンサートとなりますよう、皆様のご理解ご協力をよろしくお願い致します。
Concert Guildlines:
Thankyou for your supporting BIGBANG.
Upon attending The ELECTRIC LOVE TOUR 2010 please take time to read through these guidelines.
TICKETS:
If you are a fan club member please be sure to bring your VIP Card as well as a form of identification that has your name on it. (example: license, passport, insurance certificate, student ID, etc..)
Anyone caught in fraudulent activities such as reselling a ticket through a third party, or making transactions higher than the listed price, will not be allowed into the concert.
Any ticket that has been submitted to an auction will be nullified.
We highly advise that you do not purchase tickets from any auctions.
*Even if it is not one of the cases listed above, anyone with a ticket listed to have fraudulent activities will not be allowed into the concert.
GIFTS/PRESENTS
We will not be accepting flowers of any type including Stands or ones sent to the dressing rooms.
At every venue there will be booths available for presents and letters to BIGBANG.
Please note that any form of food, drink, or perishables, will not be accepted.
Please be sure to address which member the gift is intended for.
INSIDE THE VENUE
Once inside the venue, please act accordingly to the staffs instructions.
Please keep cellular phone usage within the lobby.
Baggage's are not allowed to be placed in the walkway isles due to fire prevention ordinance reasons.
Please be responsible for your own belongings.
The use of coin lockers is highly advised.
Please keep all your valuables within reach of your supervision.
During the concert, please do not stand up on your seat, or walk around the aisles because it may go against fire ordinance reasons.
Children preschool ages and younger will not be allowed into the venue.
Consumption of food and drinks will only be allowed in the audience seats and certain designated areas within the venue.
Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Audio and/or visual recording of performers using cameras, cell phones, video cameras or tape recorders is strictly forbidden.
Individuals found to be taking part in fraudulent activities will be asked to leave the venue even if the concert is not over, and/or may be taken in to police custody depending on the circumstances.
If you have cameras, camcorders, audio recorders of any sort, please leave it with a staff upon entering the venue and pick it up after the concert.
If you find someone around you involved in fraudulent activities, please let a staff know immediately.
Please keep cheering goods to chest height.
Anything that is thought to hinder the course of the show will be kept by the staff and returned to the owner after the show.
OUTSIDE THE VENUE
Loitering or sitting in the streets, sidewalks, or establishments near the venue is highly prohibited.
Anyone found to be disturbing public peace will not be allowed into the venue.
(There is a possibility that such actions will prevent BIGBANG from having concerts at the venue in the future)
Products sold outside the premises of the venue are goods that infringe the rights of the artist.
We ask for your support not to take part in purchasing these products.
Pursuit of the artist while on the road or at train stations, airports, or hotels, leads to the inconvenience of other users.
Not only will this lower BIGBANG's image, but it can also lead to unnecessary accidents.
In order to protect the privacy of the artist, please prohibit in taking part of any of these actions.
*Persons who do not follow the guidelines as listed above, cause trouble to other guests, damage property, or disrupt the show, will be forcibly ejected and will not be issued refunds under any circumstances.
The ones disappointed the most to find there are people who do not follow the rules, will be BIGBANG.
Please help make this concert a memorable one for the fans and BIGBANG with your understanding and cooperation.
